Agreement with China's KCINNER BELLA(伊蓓诺)


Becoming a Leader in Globalizing K-Beauty Through Clinical Hair Loss Solutions K-Scalp Care Technology to 

Shine at Over 20,000 Stores Across China On May 30, 2025, KCINNER BELLA COSMETIC (伊蓓诺), 

a leading brand in China’s beauty industry, signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 

with EcoBio Medical Research Institute (CEO Tae-kyu Koo 구태규) and the International Head Spa Association

(President Anna Park 박안나). The partnership marks the official introduction of Korean scalp and hair loss care 

technologies into the Chinese market.

Through this collaboration, premium Korean scalp care solutions will be introduced across 31 provinces and 

more than 20,000 retail outlets in China, symbolizing a major milestone in the global expansion of K-beauty.

Established in Shanghai in 2015, KCINNER BELLA has grown into a key player in beauty and health product 

distribution through door-to-door sales, with brands such as KCINNER BELLA, MEIBYME, and EPA PURUS. 

Guided by a philosophy of sharing Korean beauty and wellness with Chinese consumers, the company has 

pursued market expansion with a commitment to “Quality First” and continuous innovation.

As outlined in the agreement:

 · EcoBio Medical Research Institute will provide clinical, science-based hair loss solutions and skincare expertise.

 · The International Head Spa Association will contribute advanced training content and certification programs in scalp, 

   hair loss, and head spa techniques, led by doctorate-level instructors.

 

The association’s qualification programs—including Head Spa Coordinator, Scalp Design Coordinator, and 

others—are registered with Korea’s Ministry of Health and Welfare. It also partners with domestic and international 

universities and companies to train highly skilled beauty professionals.

Recently, the association began producing instructional videos and textbooks, including “The Standard of Head Spa”, 

which will be translated and customized for Chinese markets.
 


Chairman Jang-seok Yang of KCINNER BELLA commented,  “We are excited to bring Korea’s exceptional beauty technology

industries of both countries.”


This MOU is not just about technology transfer—it marks a significant step toward establishing Korean standards in scalp and 

hair care within the global beauty ecosystem.
